
Meet Jessica Kendall, MPH
Jessica has extensive experience in community engagement, outreach and stakeholder involvement. She has led outreach and engagement efforts for Medicaid, CHIP, and Health Insurance Exchanges. She is a long-time community organizer with an in-depth knowledge of how consumers interact with systems. She’s worked at the local, state, and national level to improve the health of communities.
Jessica was born and raised in Oregon, and now resides in the mountains of North Central Washington. She’s lived internationally and on both coasts, loving cities, urban and rural communities, and the wild spaces in between. Her foundation and north star is based on the belief that people’s ability to thrive is impacted by the conditions that surround them. She’s motivated by social justice, and wants to help make this world a better place.
She is a Hospital Commissioner for a Rural Hospital District in Washington state and holds a Master of Public Health from Portland State University and a B.A. from the University of Southern Maine. Jessica is the owner of Cascade Crest Consulting.

Believing strongly in collaboration and the importance of partnerships, for the last two decades Jessica has focused her work on identifying best practices and lessons learned in outreach and capacity building, and sharing those lessons with others at the national, state, and local level.
